HOW TO FIND AWE FOR A COLLECETION OR TRAINING

For customers wishing to collect goods from our warehouse, it is open from 08:30 until 17:30 Monday to Friday.
The staff are friendly and rarely bite, on occasion they have even been known to supply coffee. Please confirm your order with sales who will make the warehouse aware before your arrival.

Our Training and demonstration facility is within the same complex so those coming along for training or demonstration please see the map below too.

Collections from our HQ in Epsom have become increasingly popular, so we have opened a trade counter for registered customers like yourself. You can collect advance orders, place them whilst you are here, browse the display of clearance and end of line stock and if it is available see current items live and working in our training and demonstration facility*. The counter is open from 8.00am until 5.30pm and is manned with a member of our warehouse and despatch team throughout the day. If you would like advice on any of our products you can also chat with a member of our sales team.

*Due to training comittments it is usually best to call in advance if you would like to see the demo facility with/or without your customers, if you do turn up ad-hoc we will of course, do our best to accomodate you.

  1. Park at front for the main office
  2. Goods collection please park at  the rear of the main warehouse/office.
  3. For training please go round to the front of the training centre.
    Parking at location 2 and some at 3.

As an alternative to our standard overnight delivery service, we have same day delivery options too. This can work out both extremely convenient and surprisingly cost effective for small local deliveries, and on larger deliveries much further afield too. We have even been to locations such as Monaco, meeting installation engineers on site.
