At CEDIA Expo 2007, AWE, the exclusive distributor for Cineversum in the UK, introduced the new Cineversum BlackWing Two Pro - a beautifully designed, top quality D-ILA™ projector with external scaler - to its exclusive range of brand leading products for the CI market.

The Blackwing Two Pro is an upgrade to the already highly respected Blackwing Two. The full HD, medium sized projector features three D-ILA 0.7 chips with 1920 x 1080 resolution giving an extremely smooth and stable picture with superb colour resolution and black reproduction. An innovative, reflective liquid crystal panel provides a pixel pitch of 8.0m to match the highest HDTV resolution available and achieves a contrast with a native ratio of 20,000:1. This new Cineversum projector from AWE also incorporates the Master Three external scaler for an even higher level of video performance and connectivity enhancing the  already impressive Blackwing Two.

The BlackWing Two Pro’s 2 x zoom (1.4 :1 to 2.8 :1) and  massive horizontal and vertical alignment has been designed to operate from almost anywhere in a room, making projector siting easier for AWE customers. The projector provides an external 10-bit high-definition video processor, giving access to advanced video source management and professional-grade adjustments such as VRS™ video processing, film grade de-interlacing and PreP re-interlacing methods, and dedicated game modes. The versatile, large horizontal and vertical optical shift, together with the frontal cooling system are two more reasons this projector is extremely CI friendly.
